Rue wore this necklace one Thanksgiving to a dinner party at The Players’ Club in New York City – it is located in the townhouse which belonged to one of the founders of the members-only club, Edwin Booth, whose brother, John Wilkes Booth, assassinated President Lincoln… but we digress. Anyway, everyone raved over the necklace and you could tell Rue really loved the unique piece. The necklace was designed and crafted by the designer Jan Michaels. It is a one-of-a-kind piece that measures about 16″ long, with the center medallion being 1.25″ x 1.25″, and it hangs from a 2″ x 1″ brace or pendant. We have no idea what any of the stones are, but they look beautiful, the piece is in excellent condition, and it comes with prints of the photos shown and a Certificate of Authenticity from Estate of Rue.
