Edwardian Lavalier Necklace Worn on Bea Arthur’s “Intimate Portrait” [$137.50] [SOLD]

Rue wore this vintage crystal lavalier on the “Intimate Portrait” special about Bea Arthur. Although our screen grab, as usual, totally stinks, and she could be wearing a rattlesnake around her neck for the clarity of the image. When you watch the special, you can clearly identify this beautiful piece. It is very old, as evidenced by intricate metal work of the tarnished links, and manner in which the crystals themselves are wired to the ends, but it is in really good condition. The crystals go from clear, to green, to blue, depending on the light source. The necklace is 18″ long and each crystal is about 5/8″ inch long and almost .5″ wide. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Estate of Rue. We’ll also throw in a 4″ x 6″ print of the screen grab, but we might just as well throw the back of a cereal box in there since it is so hard to see!
