Rue’s Original 1991 Agency Contract Renewal – For Motion Pictures [SOLD]

If you ever wondered what sort of provisions a star gets in their agency agreements, this is your chance to see. Rue negotiated and signed this renewal at the peak of her “Golden Girls” fame. What makes this 2-page, legal sized – with one sheet printed on both sides – contract of historical significance and worthy of preserving, is that it contains three original Rue McClanahan signatures. She signs first as the actor, but then because she set up a professional corporation back in the “Maude” days to funnel her money though, she had to also sign a “Corporate Rider” as both the client of the Agency for the Performing Arts, Inc., and the president of her company – RMcC, Inc. Comes with an 8″ x 10″ signature imprinted headshot from this period and a Certificate of Authenticity from Estate of Rue.
