Rue and the rest of “The Golden Girls” made a lot of money for The Disney Company and so they rewarded them with nice gifts, such as this professional portrait with Mickey Mouse. I’m quite certain Rue would’ve preferred a check, but what the heck, she took the picture. This 8″ x 10″ color photograph is in an 11.5 x 14.5 pewter frame; the frame is an Arthur Court original from 1988. You can see this framed portrait was used in a montage shot for a television show that includes some of Rue’s awards, including her Emmy. You can also see this portrait in an original inventory shot taken of the top of a file cabinet in her home office. This framed portrait comes with an 8″ x 10″ print of the montage shot and a Certificate of Authenticity from Estate of Rue.
