We found two more signed “Wicked” cookbooks in a box of Rue’s office supplies. As we wrote when we posted the one we found during the original inventory: while Rue was playing Madame Morrible in the hit Broadway Musical “Wicked,” the cast and crew released a second edition of their charitable cookbook. Rue included a questionable recipe from her Aunt Wenonah that actually involves pouring a can of 7-Up into a baking dish with the dough. We made the dessert and guess what? It was delicious! This cookbook is signed on the inside cover “From Rue” and we’ll include the following: an original signed playbill, an original publicity card (the image on which Rue loved and said made all the hard work of the show worthwhile), an 8″ x 10″ print of the stage shot with Ben Vereen, and a Certificate of Authenticity from Estate of Rue for both the cookbook and the Playbill. The cookbook measures 5.75″ x 8.5″, is 131 pages long, and contains over 65 recipes. Do you recognized the names of any of the other actors? One has a hit television show on right now.
